About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understanding HRLC & designing HR learning Cycle
2. Preparation of Job Descriptions & questionnaires
3. Screen resumes and application forms
4. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
5. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
6. Prepare HR-related daily and weekly monthly reports
7. Address employee queries about benefits
8. Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
9. Participate in organizing company events and careers days
10. Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
