About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Post new positions on websites and job boards for our upcoming recruitment project
2. Assist with screening resumes and applications
3. Connect with shortlisted candidates and perform the first round of interview
4. Send offer and regret letters
5. Coordinate interviews
6. Update database with new hire information and maintain a tracker
7. Proofread HR documents
8. Support in joining formalities for the selected candidate
9. Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents - reports
10. Support in employee engagement activities
11. Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects
