Job Description
1. Handling end-to-end recruitment
2. Managing employee life-cycle
3. Preparing MIS reports
4. Maintaining relations with internal & external stakeholders
5. Assisting in skill development and training needs of employees
6. Planning & implementing employee engagement activities
7. Providing administrative assistance in inventory, stock upkeep, vendor management, office expenses, etc.

1. Must have a proven track record of excellence
2. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Must have good knowledge & experience of using MS Office applications
4. Must be a quick learner, inquisitive, and take ownership of the work
5. Must have a basic understanding of HR segment and its functions
6. Must beilling to travel to Navi Mumbai (Mon-Fri)
7. MBA/BCom/BBA/BMS specialization in HR would be preferred
8. 6 months to 3 years of similar experience would be an added advantage
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 3 Lac/annum
