Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing the candidates from job portals/references/social networking sites; screening profiles, conducting a telephonic interview, and shortlisting candidates
2. Working on post recruitment coordination & negotiations with candidates and clients, vigorous follow up with clients & candidates till the date of joining
3. Maintaining a database of resources, preparing MIS report (daily, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annually)
4. Posting recruitment coordination & negotiations with candidates and clients (vigorous follow up with clients & candidates till the date of joining)

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 23rd Nov'20 and 28th Dec'20
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from Mumbai and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements
1. Candidates who are genuinely interested in starting their career, and not for a 'trial and error' chance
2. Fresher or someone who has minimum 1-2 yrs experience
Perks
Additional Information
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 1 to 2 Lac/annum
We are working in office which is located at Mazgaon.
