About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source of candidates using job portals in accordance with the job description
2. Work on a thorough assessment of the candidate's skill and professional details over a telephonic conversation
3. Interview scheduling & reference check
4. Maintain strict turnaround time and adhere to specific requirements
5. Understand the job responsibility and formulate a work plan
6. Source through social media like LinkedIn/Facebook/Twitter and other available online forums
7. Maintain a keen eye on the latest recruitment processes and techniques for an efficient recruitment process
8. Float job description on the leading portals and formulate candidate hiring strategies
9. Conduct market due diligence on the availability of talent pool in specific markets/regions
10. Conduct research and analysis as well as produce reports as required
