Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on end to end recruitment
2. Source, hire and close positions as per specification within the stipulated time and maintain optimum cost of hire for corporate office and assigned region
3. Ask for requisitions, with JD and candidate specifications and with proper authorization
4. Build and maintain a good quality database using the available resources to the optimum viz. job portals, walk-ins, advertisements, employee referrals, institutes, consultants, etc.
5. Conduct offer negotiations
6. Establish relevant documentation and maintain records
