About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify and submit qualified candidates based on the provided job description
2. Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition/description for required competencies, skills, and the knowledge required of successful applicants from the delivery consultant
3. Develop an ongoing and pipeline using research, networking, database mining, etc. for prospective applicants
4. Use social media and recruiting tools to source technology resources
5. Screen profiles according to the job specifications, interview scheduling, and follow-ups
6. Work on identifying and closing the top talent
