Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist the HR manager with day-to-day operational activities for employee lifecycle, from joining to exit
2. Work on the creation of employee documents- all types of letters
3. Manage keyman data
4. Assist in the on-boarding process and revamp complete on-boarding process- Induction PPT, Employee Handbook, etc.
5. Work on the digitization of documents and timely and smooth documentation
6. Manage MIS/Database creation and updating past/current records
7. Follow-up with team members whenever required
8. Open bank account of new joinees
9. Update medical records
10. Handle statutory data- PF and ESIC
11. Work on employee culture/engagement initiatives
12. Set-up the exit process
13. Propose new ideas and procedures to improve the HR process
14. Work on other tasks assigned as and when required
