About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding the requirements
2. Sourcing from different job portals and screening candidates according to client requirements
3. Briefing the candidate about the position
4. Coordinating with the HR manager for scheduling interviews, documentation, and salary negotiation of candidates
5. Coordinating with candidates for their joining formalities
6. Taking care of added responsibilities given by the senior
