Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Drafting job descriptions and candidate specifications as per the vacancies
2. Posting job ads on recruitment portals and handling responses for the same
3. Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates from the database according to requirement guidelines
4. Conducting telephonic interviews, shortlisting, and scheduling the interviews of potential candidates with the respective departments
5. Handling employee file management
6. Preparing MIS of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
7. Working on employee interaction - coordinating with the team for in-house employee engagement activities
8. Offering administrative assistance - inventory and stock upkeep, vendor management, office expenses, etc.
9. Working on internal relations management
10. Handling employee engagement planning and execution
Qualification:
-Masters in Human Resources
-BBA/BMS in HR 2020 or 2021
*Weekly holidays: 2nd & 4th Saturday of every month and fixed off on Sundays.
*Full time employment offer based on performance during internship
