About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle recruiting, staffing, and coordination with other departments regarding new experienced/fresher's requirements
2. Identify, pre-screen, and evaluate qualified candidates; schedule and conduct interviews
3. Follow-up with the candidate on offer made and date of joining
4. Handle recruitment across all locations and departments
5. Work on the induction of new employees/joiners/employee and orientation interacting with all departments regarding the recruitment
6. Create a talent pool for current and future requirements
7. Work on online and off-line modes of recruitment
8. Call the customers as and when needed, to schedule a meeting
9. Coordinate and execute all employee engagement activities
10. Manage employee information through the human resource information system
