Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work with outside headhunters and staffing agencies to identify new talent in outside sales
2. Own and manage the entire recruiting cycle from the time the requisition is received to the time the candidate is on-boarded
3. Work closely with the hiring managers to understand the department's requirements both in terms of the skillset of the candidate required and the responsibilities expected from the candidate
4. Review and analyze resumes using our in-house ATS software program
5. Prepare the most effective sourcing approach and plan based on the final requirement including sourcing platforms, acquisition pitch, acquisition funnel, etc.
6. Drive the sourcing efforts and ensure the right quality of candidates are sourced based on the requirement and within the committed timelines
7. Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring process
8. Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job
9. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
10. 1Take ownership of the experience of all the candidates that you reach out to/connect with on the behalf of our organization - Nivesh, including those who are not shortlisted

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 3 Lac/annum
