About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing, screening, recruiting, placing, and on-boarding candidates
2. Developing action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates
3. Recruiting using job boards like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, and other out of the box sources like social networks
4. Achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview/placement
