About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates for open positions
2. Always meeting business needs by finding candidates that match organizational culture and position requirements
3. Proactively building a robust pipeline by searching and screening candidates through recruitment channels such as internal recruitment, employee referral, and direct sourcing within time and budget
4. Conducting initial screening, assessing applicants' soft kills, technical qualities, and cultural fit
5. Creating a world-class recruiting experience for the candidates
6. Working through and maintaining candidate accurate data within the ATS (Oracle) including weekly reporting
7. Issuing and analyzing psychometric, cognitive, and technical testing
8. Arranging interviews between candidates and hiring managers

3. Excellent verbal and written communication
4. Strong decision-making skills
5. Well versed with MS Office
6. Bachelor's degree in human resources or relevant field
