            About AgroStar        
    
    AgroStar is a direct to farmer m-commerce platform through which farmers can procure agri-inputs needed for their farms by simply giving a missed call on our platform and eventually accessing our mobile app. AgroStar is headquartered out of Pune and currently operates in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan. Farmers in these states can procure an entire range of good quality and branded agri-inputs like seeds, crop nutrition, crop protection, and agri-hardware products through the company's e-commerce platform.
About the internship
    Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 
1. Completing all pre-joining formalities and handling onboarding activities
2. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
3. Working on policy administration, implementations, employee confirmations, employee engagement & motivation
4. Arranging various workshops, guest lectures and health awareness sessions, 1-0-1 and skip-level meetings
5. Working on HR audits, corporate responsibility, rewards and recognitions
6. Working on all kinds of employee communication
7. Planning and facilitating knowledge sharing sessions for HR and Technical function
