About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on clients HR forms, HR systems, policies, etc
2. Working on employee engagement activities salary structure, payroll
3. Recruiting for IT and non-IT clients
4. Screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates from all available resources; sourcing candidates from social media etc
5. Interviewing coordination, following up with candidates till joining, etc
