About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle the end to end recruitment cycle
2. Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives
3. Post job ads on professional sites, job sites, and social media
4. Share vacancy details with the consultancy
5. Screen resumes and take initial interview rounds
6. Handle continuous follow-ups with consultancy and candidates
7. Handle pre and post-interview processes till onboarding
