Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting our team in the end-to-end recruitment process
2. Sourcing of candidates from various job portals like Monster, Naukri or through headhunting on LinkedIn as per the requirements
3. Shortlisting suitable candidates and validating their experience and interest on the job profile
4. Scheduling interviews and coordinating for face to face round of interviews
5. Onboarding new candidates
6. Taking a strong follow up throughout the whole process
