About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and execute recruitment plans
2. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
3. Post open positions on appropriate internet sources and websites
4. Attend career fairs with the team for successful recruitment
5. Handle screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
6. Handle record-keeping and maintain the database
7. Manage end to end recruitment
