2. Creating MIS & daily delivery dashboards
3. Sharing screen selects, scheduling with internal teams
4. Blocking calendars for panel & candidates
5. Managing drives coordination
6. Following up on collection of documents for selected candidates
7. Updating offer management trackers for real-time review
