About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle HR -database management, documentation, sourcing resumes, screening candidates, interview schedule, background check of selected candidates, sending offer letter, and preparing JD
2. Support in internal communication process
3. Follow-up with the management and co-ordinate with the team members to finish assignments and responsibilities within fixed deadlines
4. Perform R&D on innovative ideas in the field of HR
