Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with screening resumes and applications
2. Assist in recruitment drive planning
3. Schedule candidate interviews-telephonic/f2f/virtual
4. Work on the sending of thank you note/rejection letter
5. Assist in joining formalities and paperwork
6. Assist in the planning of company-wide events
7. Update and maintain employee database
8. Assist in day-to-day operational activities
9. Coordinate with admin for the welcome kit
10. Assist in exit formalities and paperwork

Other requirements
1. Should have human resources management or business major skills
2. Some experience in an office environment preferred
3. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and resume databases
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
6. Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
