About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Initiate and lead human resource programs and projects
2. Conduct research through various methods (data collection, surveys, etc.) to identify a problematic situation or find the cause
3. Provide advice and recommendations to HR personnel for resolution of daily issues
4. Formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters
5. Assist in recruiting, training, and management of personnel
6. Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management
7. Assist in the development and integration of policies
8. Select and implement suitable HR technology
9. Help establish control systems for compliance with business methods and HR practices
10. Review systems and processes and make modifications to address issues
11. Refurbish knowledge of advancements in the field and present new ideas

Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 12th Mar'22 and 16th Apr'22
3. are available for duration of 6 months
