About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Screening & shortlisting resumes
2. Scheduling & conducting interviews
3. Working on selection & offer
4. Planning support in the organizational recruitment process and coordinating with various departments and understand their requirements
5. Working on the job posting, screening, and shortlisting resumes through various job portals or else internal reference headhunting and shortlisting the resumes based on desired skills and experience
6. Conducting telephonic and personal interviews in coordination with departmental heads
7. Calling candidates for interviews and make necessary arrangements for all types of interviews (face to face, telephonic, etc.)
8. Setting up an interview panel and conducting interviews and selecting candidates matching job requirements and keeping a track of recruiting metrics. Identify job portals for sourcing candidates
9. Completing the recruitment plan as per manpower schedule and achieving targets
10. Negotiating with the candidate as per compensation budget and finalizing the candidate in consultation with management and giving offer to the candidate

Who can apply

3. are available for duration of 3 months

Other requirements
1. Must be able to work on data management
2. Must have knowledge of MS Office Suite
3. Must have a good understanding of social media and various job portals
4. Must have planning & organizing, business communication, time management, client service & result orientation skills
