Job Description
1. Supporting the HR team in new and ongoing recruitment projects
2. Helping with joining formalities: new hire onboarding, orientation, exit processes, attendance management, MIS, etc.
3. Drafting regular communication regarding surveys, feedbacks, benefits, referral programs, etc.
4. Working on other assignments such as sourcing for open positions, data entry, monthly reporting, connecting with internal/external stakeholders, connecting with vendors, etc.
5. Providing support to recruitment-related activities such as coordinating/scheduling interviews, maintaining trackers, and updating the position-related data

2. can start the internship between 10th Mar'21 and 14th Apr'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months

1. Should be currently studying for a Master's degree or equivalent or have completed one, with an interest in HR or should have a Master's degree with 6 months of experience
2. Should have a positive attitude, attention to detail, desire to learn, and developed skillset
3. Should add value to the team
4. Should have a good command of English (written/verbal)
5. Should have excellent time management skills with the ability to complete projects on-time and handle ad-hoc assignments
6. Should have strong interpersonal and organizational skills
7. Should be self-motivated, ambitious, and enthusiastic
8. Should be skilled with technology (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word, MS Office)
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
