About Greenthusiasts Foundation
Greenthusiast Foundation in an NGO (a not-for-profit organization) based out of New Delhi, India, working towards saving our mother planet from depleting further. Educating the masses on eco-friendliness, waste segregation at source and its management. We aim for zero wet waste from home.
Everybody wants their next generation to have a better/luxurious life. For this to make sure, all are working day and night and in this fast-paced busy life, they seem to forget one important factor, i.e. a better environment. What good are the luxuries if we don't have fresh air to breathe and a better environment to enjoy?
Keeping this in mind, Greenthusiast decided to work dedicatedly in this area with the urban communities. Greenthusiast believes that the only way to improve the condition of the urban environment is through effective techniques of tree plantation and waste management.
About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Establish an HR portfolio for our organization
2. Onboard and off-board formalities and documentation development
3. Provide operational assistance with regard to advising the management to involve and motivate interns, volunteers, and employees
4. Develop content and plan to keep the employees/interns/volunteers emotionally connected to the NGO
5. Work on various statutory compliance
6. Handle all HR-related tasks at our organization
7. Advice the management on content development for our organization's website
8. Work with guidance from our mentors regularly over calls, on deliverable
