About HashSearch
HashSearch.work is an aspiring machine learning-based HR start-up, however, we are currently front-ending as an HR consultancy focused on startup hiring. We were selected for the prestigious NASSCOM 10K startups program. We are a very small team but expanding rapidly. About the work from home job/internship
We are looking for candidates who can complete their internship and join us full-time (if we like your performance during the internship). So, please apply only if you're in your final semester or if you had already graduated.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Closely work with CXOs and HR of start-ups and corporates to cater to their recruitment needs
2. Strategising the recruitment delivery roadmap for the assigned positions or companies
3. Researching and sourcing candidates from employment portals
4. Coordinating with clients and candidates to conduct interviews
5. Following up with clients and shortlisted candidates to ensure closure
