About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on continuously evaluating and recommending new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
2. Work on refining the interviewing and selection approaches to speed up closures and joining
3. Build a healthy talent pipeline to engage and nurture for future conversions
4. Work seamlessly between high volumes and quality of applications
5. Maintain success metrics and ROI on recruiting
6. Work on making cold calls using a variety of techniques and using data analytics
7. Work on stakeholder management
8. Work on client relationships
9. Handle vendor relationships and training
10. Work on adapting to in-house CRM/ATS
11. Work on articulating and communicating the employer brand

Additional Information
Stipend structure: This is a performance based internship. In addition to the minimum assured stipend, you will be paid 500 on every Hire that you make or deliver.
