Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understanding the various requirements of the organization and mapping them with requisite competencies, skill sets, and functional requirements
2. Recruiting and hiring employees - ongoing identification of competencies required and resource gaps
3. Developing and implementing training and development programs, onboarding, training in code of conduct, business process, roles, and responsibilities
4. Tracking KPIs, managing employee compensation and benefits, in compliance with employment laws and regulations
5. Working on project management channeling indirect and direct human resources toward project operations with scheduling and prioritization of project timelines, and tasks
6. Conducting regular evaluations of employee performance against set goals and objectives. This includes providing feedback and coaching to improve performance
7. Taking initiatives to keep employees motivated and engaged including team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee wellness programs
8. Identifying and developing future leaders within the organization
9. Managing employee relations and conflict resolution
