Human Resources (HR) Jobs Opening in ABC Consultants at Mumbai
Job Description
Key Result Areas:-
1. Handle complete recruitment life cycle - from understanding of client requirements, mapping, initial screening/candidate interaction, meeting/interview scheduling, etc.
2. Effectively manage and prioritize multiple positions along with the other recruitment related operational work
3. Analyze talent trends in the industry and provide inputs
4. Talent Mapping at a sectorial and functional level for mid to senior level positions
5. Understand the client brief and source potential candidates
6. Source profiles / resumes through multiple sources (headhunting, networking portals, job portals, internal references, etc.)
7. Candidate assessment at primary level, based on client requirement
8. Co-ordinate / schedule interviews and follow up
9. Maintain MIS / Trackers / Status reports
10. Assist in Business Development initiatives
11. Provide support for continuous improvement of the recruitment process by devising innovative ways.
12. Stay updated with current recruitment trends
Requirements:-
- 0-2 years of industry experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
- Proven work experience as a recruiter or similar role
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
Education:
- Bachelor's degree / Master's degree
