Job Description
This role is the pivot for all organization development work at ACG Capsules.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Supporting business leaders in building strategic capabilities at an organizational level, as well as at a functional/team level through brainstorming, conceptualizing, and implementation with the process owner for organization development, global operational excellence projects, and engagement at ACG Capsules
2. Overseeing the above-mentioned processes for the ACG Capsules HO and our manufacturing locations in India, Europe, and Latin America
