Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing of candidates for open positions, salary negotiation, and candidates documents validation before the release of the recruitment offer
2. Maintaining employee record files both in the HRMS tool & their physical personal files from joining to relieving
3. Managing monthly attendance & keeping a record of leaves, updating the same on the HRMS tool every month
4. Processing of payroll on the company's HRMS tool after considering Income Tax saving investment declarations & attendance/other inputs
5. Annual activities like collection & review of tax saving investment proofs, issuance of form 16, etc.
6. Handling annual appraisal activity & ensuring updation of payroll master for annual increments
7. Preparation of salary-related TDS return data for review by a tax consultant
8. Ensuring timely payment of PF/ESI/PT dues & related returns with the help of a labor laws consultant
9. Experience in Payroll accounting & its reconciliation with accounts shall be an advantage
10. Reviewing of HR compliances of third-party associates deployed at offline stores
11. Obtaining & timely renewal of all licenses applicable to offline stores with the help of a consultant

Requirements:

1. Should have good logical, communication & people engagement skills
2. Should have good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
3. Experience in team engagement activities shall be an added advantage
4. Working experience with HRMS tool - Greythr shall be an added advantage
