Responsibilities include:
1. Shortlisting candidates & doing line-ups for interviews and making reports on a daily basis
2. Preparing reports & database of candidates & clients
3. Following up with candidates & submitting reports weekly
4. Posting jobs & sourcing candidates from social media & other sites
5. Participating in job fairs & other activities
6. Sourcing candidates from colleges, institutes, training centers, & fields (open market)
7. Working on market research & presentation regarding needs, problems & solutions to fill employee & employer gap
