1. Sourcing candidates from various platforms
2. Hiring & handling recruitment process initiatives
3. Working with complete ownership and responsibility of operational work assigned from time to time and generating concise reports on a regular basis
4. Working with a people-friendly approach and attitude to handle crisis situations and reach a proper conclusion
5. Tracking progress, priorities and deadlines of various projects
