Job Description
Designation: Human Resources (HR)
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on screening and shortlisting resumes from Job portals, social networking sites, references, etc.
2. Assisting with contacting candidates and taking their initial telephonic interview screening to check the soft skills, technical skills & fitment as per the mandate from the managers
3. Coordinating with managers and scheduling interviews
4. Following up with the candidate until joining
5. Handling end-to-end recruitment process
6. Maintaining the database of all the candidates
7. Assisting with onboarding of candidates and solving employee queries
8. Managing hiring processes for the company
9. Working on all HR-related documentation and activities including employee onboarding and resignation
Who can apply:
1. Should have good command over English language
2. BBA/MBA candidates can apply
Candidate must be from or nearby Kolkata as office may reopen soon
