Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with HR team to streamline recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews
2. Assist in organizing training sessions and employee orientation programs, fostering a positive work environment
3. Aid in managing employee records and maintaining confidentiality, adhering to data protection regulations
4. Support the HR team in preparing reports, presentations, and policies to enhance organizational efficiency
5. Help in conducting performance evaluations and analyzing feedback to improve employee engagement
6. Contribute to HR initiatives, such as employee wellness programs and diversity and inclusion efforts
7. Assist in resolving staff queries and concerns, ensuring prompt and compassionate responses
