About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Campus Recruitment:
- Collaborate with colleges & universities to establish & maintain relationships for campus recruitment
- Coordinate & participate in on-campus recruitment events, career fairs & information sessions
- Screen & shortlist candidates based on predefined criteria
B. Candidate Engagement:
- Foster positive relationships with potential candidates through effective communication & engagement initiatives
- Coordinate & conduct pre-placement talks & interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
C. Employer Branding:
- Contribute ideas for enhancing the company's employer brand on campuses
- Assist in creating promotional materials & presentations for campus events
D. Campus Relation:
- Identify & research potential colleges, institutes & universities with relevant courses aligned with our hiring needs
- Identify campus ambassadors from colleges
- Facilitate campus relations & coordinate with placement cells & campus ambassadors
- Maintain a database of potential campuses for future recruitment initiatives
E. Data Management:
- Maintain accurate & up-to-date records of candidate information & recruitment activities
- Assist in creating reports & analyses related to campus placement activities
F. Logistics & Coordination:
- Coordinate logistics for on-campus recruitment events including venue setup, materials preparation & team coordination
- Schedule & organize interviews, feedback sessions & any other related activities
G. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the HR team & hiring managers to understand talent needs & align campus recruitment strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for campus hires
