Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Review and verify customer appreciation emails received by employees
2. Create and maintain a database of employee and customer information
3. Edit content and design appreciation mailers
4. Share appreciation mailers with employees, their hierarchy and HRs
5. Maintain a repository of mailers shared
6. Work on new designs for the mailers
7. Suggest new and effective changes to make the process feasible and more efficient
