Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Put together a marketing plan to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, take them through the hiring process and convert them into employees
2. Source resumes, shortlist, screen, arrange interviews, communicate, negotiate, close, and onboard
3. Strengthen team culture and retention
4. Help build and retain a great team with a strong team culture that promotes innovation, risk-taking, and a go-getter attitude
