Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
2. Assist in benefits administration and answer employee inquiries regarding benefits
3. Support the HR team with data entry, reporting, and documentation
4. Help maintain a positive workplace culture by participating in employee engagement initiatives
5. Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns in a professional and confidential manner
6. Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed
7. Support the HR team in various compliance-related tasks
