Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
2. Maintain and update employee records using MS Excel and MS Word to ensure accuracy and compliance
3. Support training and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions and tracking employee progress
4. Help with employee relations by addressing employee inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
5. Assist in performance management activities, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback to employees
6. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
7. Participate in special projects and initiatives to support the overall growth and development of the HR department
