Job Description

1. Develop HR Policies and Procedures: Create and implement HR policies that comply with laws and reflect company values. Develop an employee handbook outlining policies, benefits, and expectations
2. Partner with department heads to develop recruitment strategies. Manage the recruitment process from posting to onboarding.
3. Design comprehensive onboarding processes. Conduct exit interviews for feedback
4. Provide HR support for conflicts and concerns. Promote a positive work environment
5. Establish performance processes
6. Implement HRIS and other software for efficiency
