Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source candidates using MS Office & variety of search methods to build a candidate pipeline
2. Screen candidates by resumes and job Detail, & performing phone screenings
3. Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
4. Manage new hire process, onboarding of candidates, sending offer letters and appointment letter
5. Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
Skill(s) required
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 12th May'22 and 16th Jun'22
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Noida, Delhi, Lucknow, Odisha, Jharkhandi, Bihar and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests

1. Good interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
2. Business and digital acumen
3. Quick learner with the ability to adapt and work in high-pressure situations
