Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in talent acquisition and deployment for client companies
2. Sourcing of candidates through job portals, internal trackers, and referrals
3. Screening and shortlisting candidates
4. Scheduling and coordinating interviews and meetings
5. Handling the deployment of candidates to clients
6. Interacting with the company's partners and clients
