1. Source and recruit frontline fundraising staff in the assigned location
2. Understand the profile of a typical candidate, the job and the organization
3. Contribute to the development of a sourcing plan for your location, e.g. adverts on portals, job fairs, colleges, social media etc
4. Build a pipeline of suitable candidates by building influential candidate relationships
5. Follow the agreed recruitment process to receive CVs, screen them and respond back to candidates throughout the various stages of recruitment
6. Screen walk-ins and CVs
7. Coordinate the interview process - scheduling interviews, etc
8. Review regularly the quality of CV's and its effectiveness and make necessary changes after checking with the recruitment manager
