Job Description

 Responsibilities

- Learning Management System (LMS) Administration (60%)
System Support: Provide operational support for the organization's Learning Management System (LMS)
- Content Management: Upload and organize training materials within the LMS platform
- Supporting administration of learning journeys: Assign courses to relevant individuals based on organizational requirements. Monitor and track the completion of assigned courses, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Data & Reporting: Generate and analyze reports related to training completion, making them available for stakeholders
- Learning Dashboard: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a learning dashboard, enhancing visibility into training progress and outcomes
- Support in Talent Management (TM) / Learning Projects (40%)
- Training Programs: Collaborate on the planning and drive the execution of various training programs across business units
- Actively participate in Talent Management and Learning projects, contributing to project outcomes

Skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable with technology and data
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Knowledge of talent management principles and training program development is a plus

Experience and Qualifications
- 0-1 year experience
- Master's degree in human resource management or related field
