Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on end to end recruitment for middle and senior-level positions to fulfill the internal requirements of the company
2. Work on sourcing profiles through job portals and working on them effectively
3. Work on job designing, job posting and mass mailing of the jobs as well as taking care of short-listing the relevant profiles and processing them further for successful hiring
4. Work on day-to-day coordination with the stakeholders regarding the given positions and the profile-related queries
5. Work on understanding the needs of various well-established and new clients
6. Work on consulting, mapping, head-hunting, and core-referencing
7. Work on providing a high-performance delivery as per the requirement of each and every client
8. Work on sourcing candidates through various modes of recruitment (job-positing, job portals, reference-pulling, head-hunting personal-resume collection)
9. Work on scheduling and managing monthly recruitment drives
10. Work on managing the database, candidate trackers, and MIS reports on a daily and weekly basis
