Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the HR team in conducting employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
3. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
4. Assist with organizing training and development programs for staff members.
5. Collaborate with managers to address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies.
6. Utilize MS-Word and MS-Excel to create reports and analyze HR data.
7. Contribute to special projects and initiatives to support the overall HR function.
