Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Hiring resources as per the requirements of the client
2. Sourcing the candidates through different portals, calling them, conducting telephonic or direct interviews, and scheduling shortlisted candidates.
3. Building long-term trusting relationships with clients
4. Working on quality leads from marketing campaigns
5. Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails
6. Presenting our company to potential clients
7. Developing entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
