Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Interact with potential candidates on professional networks & job portals (e.g. LinkedIn, Naukri)
2. Search profiles as per current requirements and share with recruiters/HRBPs
3. Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
4. Ask for referrals from external networks of candidates
5. Promote our employer brand online and offline
6. Maintain candidate databases (via our ATS)
7. Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
